• This perennial mint is a type of spearmint.
• The mint leaves have many uses.
• They are used for the traditional mint sauce to go with delicious roasted lamb or made into a mint tea.

• Also great in drinks such as herbal teas, or in a refreshing glass or water (or in a cocktail).
