Rubberised, oil based sealant intended for sealing joints in gutters, roofing sheets, and other similar applications.
The sealant is semi-drying and remains predominantly in a soft paste like condition, this ensures excellent adhesion to most surfaces.
Intended for external weather sealing and because of its non-drying nature, is ideally suited for lap joints where it will maintain a weather proof seal, even in very thin sections when applied between two non-porous sheet materials, which are mechanically fixed together.
