• This easy-to-grow vegetable is extremely versatile in the kitchen with every part of the plant being edible so nothing goes to waste.
• The leaves can be picked young and added to salads or wait until the plants mature and then steam, stir fry or braise the leaves and stems.
• Will supply a continual harvest from July through to October and again sparingly throughout winter until the following spring.
