Wilja are one of the great all round varieties. A traditional old favourite, they roast, boil, bake and make delicious chips! They were developed years ago when taste and quality were more important than looks and packability.
Our Wilja potato crop are grown within 10 miles of our stores, in the beautiful and fertile Shropshire countryside, keeping food miles to as minimal a distance as possible.
